Some Ways to Invest Your Money

Kudos to my town mates! For those who have been abroad and non abroad working for a long a time, I’ve seen most of their hard earned money through their solid assets.

For the "young" ones like me, let them be our inspiration. Slowly but surely, we can also be successful like them. But, for how many years you will work yourself just to gain wealth? I think it's time for us to start investing. Where? How?

Invest in God's Kingdom. In the bible, 10% was required in the Old Testament. But in the New Testament, I'm not sure if there was a specified amount. The bottom line is to give willingly, may not be necessarily 10% of your income, but what is within your heart. Give the Church what belongs to the Church.

Real Estate-Lot, House, Apartments or any Building intended for use. Though this may require a large amount to start, it is a convenient way to earn a passive income especially if there are occupants in your apartment. The values of real estates are getting higher as the years go by.

Banking- Time Deposit, Savings, Mutual Funds, Bonds- These are different ways of how to invest your money. Each of these has dissimilar approach of making interest. Take a careful observation and ask your bank about the services they provide. Study the advantages and disadvantages of each program because some methods could be risky.

To my town mates, we have a very trusted rural bank in the uplands. Yes, ISUDECO. You might want to inquire and try their different services. The staffs will gladly assist you.

Stocks- This method of investing is a bit precarious for beginners because it involves buying and selling stocks. You will share ownership of the company or group and become a shareholder when you buy stocks.

Business- You start with a small yet potential business. Just invest the amount of money you can afford to lose. It is better for you to manage your own business, but it is also okay if a trusted person is there to look at your business.

It is simply not how much we earn but how much we save and spend.
